Personal injury claims 

For personal injury claims with damages of £25,000 or less, submit the claim through the Claims Portal.

Following Ministry of Justice reforms, solicitors must use the Claims Portal for legally represented personal injury claims relating to incidents that happened on or after 31 July 2013.
