Report a car park issue 

Car park defects

You can report car park issues such as potholes, faulty lighting, broken glass or overgrown vegetation to us at:

Ticket machines not working

You do not need to report if a ticket machine is out of order. All machines are connected to our monitoring system, which automatically alerts us to any faults

Pay and display machines do not provide change; this is by design and not a fault

Parking refunds

Refunds are only available where an auditable fault has been recorded, either at a ticket machine or through a mobile phone payment.

Please note: We are unable to refund unused or partially used parking sessions.

If you qualify for a refund, you can contact us by email  providing a copy of the ticket purchased at the machine or a copy of the mobile parking session receipt.
