Setting up a business? Do you already run a business? Did you know that Cobra provides current information for anyone who runs or is thinking of starting up a business? 

Includes guidance on how to write a business plan, financial and marketing information and details of regional business support, as well as company information, and employment and health and safety legislation.  

Looking for a new career or a change of direction? Cobra also provides in depth profiles listing skills and qualifications, start-up costs and key market issues for a wide range of careers.

Join the Library

Joining the library opens up a vast world of knowledge, entertainment, culture and information. Once you become a member you may borrow up to 20 items! It's free to join - just pop into your local library (all you need is one form of ID with your name and address) or join online. You don't need to live in Cheshire to join, but you must have a UK address. You'll also have access to a range of online services and resources in both Cheshire East and Cheshire West and Chester libraries.
