Opening hours may vary for – Council Tax, Business Rates and Housing Benefits, Planning and Building Control, Environmental Health, Housing, Roads Transport and Parking, Waste and Recycling.
Opening hours 8.30am to 5.00pm – Electoral Services, Leisure Culture and Tourism, Births, Deaths and Marriages, Information point / General Enquiries, Social Care and Health, Childrens Schools and Families.
Calls may be recorded for quality or training purposes. 0300 telephone numbers are designated for use only by public bodies and non-profit organisations. Calls to 0300 numbers cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number and count towards any inclusive minutes in the same way as 01 and 02 calls. These rules apply to calls from any type of line including mobile, BT, other fixed line or payphone.
If you are hearing or speech impaired, you can use Text Relay (previously known as Type Talk). Text Relay is a telephone relay service which enables hearing and speech impaired people to communicate with hearing people by telephone.
