Cheshire East Council has undertaken a sufficiency review of its special educational needs provision across the borough. In response the authority have issued a public notice regarding a proposal to expand Adelaide School by an additional 12 places.
Adelaide School caters for children aged between 9 and 18 years old with Social, Emotional and Mental Health conditions and admits pupils with Educational Health Plans through referral by the Local Authority.

The Adelaide Academy Trust would welcome your views on this proposal in order that a fully informed decision can be taken at the next stage.
All the feedback will be collated and reported back to the Trustees of The Adelaide Academy Trust. They will make a decision on whether to go ahead with the physical increase to capacity based upon the feedback.
