Recent capital projects

Below are some examples of schemes that have been recently completed, are on-site, or in development:-

Shavington Primary Academy – Expansion to 2 FE
Monks Coppenhall Academy – Expansion to 3 FE
Hungerford Academy – Expansion to 3 FE
Chelford CE Primary School – One classroom expansion to allow the school to increase its PAN to 13
Weaver Primary – Replacement of mobile classroom with permanent build
Oakfield Lodge – New building on existing site
Wilmslow High School – To facilitate Admission over PAN
Cranberry Primary Academy – Expansion to 2 FE
The Quinta Primary School – Expansion to 2 FE
Alsager School – Expansion by 150 additional places
Disley Primary School – Extension/re-modelling to facilitate increase in PAN to 40
Brine Leas Academy – Extension to teaching block
Elworth CE Primary – Provision of 105 additional spaces
St. John’s CE Primary, Sandbach – Increase in PAN to 30
Springfield SEN - Provision of 24 additional places
Puss Bank SEN - Increase Resource Provision from 7 to 14 places
Sandbach High School- Expansion by 150 additional spaces
Sandbach School - Expansion by 150 additional spaces
Park Lane SEN - Provision of 40 additional places
Adelaide Academy - 6 additional places
Malbank School and Sixth Form College - 120 additional places

Applications for the 2020/21 2020-21 Capital Funding - bid for funding for the School Condition Allocation grant closed on 3 July 2020.
The Department for Education (DfE) have on 15 April 2020 published the School Condition Allocation grant for the financial year 2020-21.
