D&G Little Bus East Cheshire Flexible Transport Service
Flexible transport is a 'demand responsive' transport solution which provides an alternative means of travel for older and disabled people. All journeys must be pre-booked so that routes can be planned efficiently. The service works on a demand responsive basis.
Call 0845 077 9110 to book a request (local call charges apply, calls from mobiles may cost more). The booking line is open 09:30am - 12:30pm Monday to Friday.
Customers registered to use Flexible Transport may make a request for a booking by calling the operator between 24 hours and one month in advance of when they wish to travel. The more notice customers are able to provide, the more efficiently the operator will be able to plan each journey and route.
As with public transport, you should expect to travel with other passengers who may be going to different destinations. As a result of this, journeys will often take longer than expected and you should allow for this when making a booking request.

Change or cancel a booking
If you wish to change or cancel a booking on Flexible Transport, please call the number above between the times specified. It is important that customers let the operator know as early as possible if they need to cancel a booking as the seat can then be offered to another customer instead.
Failure to cancel an unwanted booking results in a wasted journey and could mean that another customer doesn't get the opportunity to travel on the service.

Flexible Transport in Cheshire East is operated by D&G Little Bus. Our customers receive additional care, consideration and, where required, assistance whenever they use the flexible transport service.
Minibuses are fully accessible and equipped with low steps and lifts so that customers who find it difficult to use steps or who are users of a wheelchair can access the vehicle easily and safely.
Drivers are fully aware that customers will have varying levels of mobility and / or disability and will give due care and consideration to individual needs. Further assistance, such as support in getting on / off the vehicle or assistance with taking bags to and from the vehicle to your door will be provided as part of the service.
If you have any questions or have cause to report a complaint about the service you can call the booking line after 12:30pm and leave a message. A member of staff will then contact you.

If you are disabled or of eligible age, you may be entitled to free off-peak concessionary travel on local buses anywhere in England.
