Welfare and safeguarding requirements

All providers must adhere to the Safeguarding and Welfare Requirements in the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (effective 3 April 2017).

“Providers must take all necessary steps to keep children safe and well”. (Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage page 16).
