About Oak Tree Family Hub
Oak Tree Family Hub is Crewe’s longest running Family Hub and is centrally located in the West End of Crewe.
We are a focal point for local families, and we have strong relationships with the neighbouring school and nursery, health professionals, community groups and other agencies, including Jobcentre Plus. Our staff are always welcoming, friendly, enthusiastic and helpful to all.
We provide a one stop shop for the community where you can access services such as:
- midwifery appointments, health checks, weaning and nutrition advice, early years play education and sensory development
- intensive support to reduce family problems that result in family breakdown, working with the child and family to make positive changes
- family help and support for children with disabilities or additional needs;
- practical support around finance and housing
- mental health support for children, young people, families and new parents
We provide a safe, supportive environment and are known for our personal touch and for going the extra mile.
