Macclesfield Collaboration Children's Centres
As of Monday 23 March 2020, a decision was made to pause some of our Children's Centres. The affected centres being: Knutsford, Poynton, Broken Cross, Hurdsfield, Oak Tree, Monks Coppenhall, Sandbach including Alsager, Middlewich and Nantwich.
Our other Children's Centres (Oakenclough, Ash Grove, Congleton and The Brooks) have remained open for midwifery clinics.
We can now offer some additional sessions. The locations for these are shown on our activity timetable. Please see below Ash Grove Children's Centre weekly activity timetable for our current early start offer. We are using EventBrite to book places onto these sessions. If you experience issues accessing EventBrite, please contact the Family Information Service on 0300 123 5033 who will be able to assist. By using EventBrite to book your place, you will be automatically registered with your local children’s centre.
If further information is needed for your booking, a member of the Children's Centre will contact you. If your booking is successful you will receive an email immediately confirming your place.
In line with the health and safety of our service users and our staff, please do not attend any of our sessions if you any of your booking are showing symptoms of COVID-19 or if you have had contact with anyone else with signs and symptoms of Covid-19 in the past 14 days. If you have then unfortunately you will not be able to attend the activity.
As the sessions are held outside, please dress appropriately. Sessions will only be cancelled in extreme weather.
Due to revised Government Guidelines and the need for effective Track and Trace, please only attend our sessions if you have booked a ticket and have received an e-mail confirming your place. If you are unsure please contact Ash Grove Children's Centre on 01625 374484

About Macclesfield Children’s Centres
All three Children’s Centres are located within the heart of their communities you can access them on foot, by car and they are on the local bus routes, direct from Macclesfield town centre.
Each centre has a team of friendly and experienced staff who work across the Macclesfield collaborative that offer many activities to children and their families within our community.
We provide a one stop shop for the community where they can access services such as: midwifery, health visiting, family support, play events and more.
As you visit and engage with your local children’s centre in the coming weeks,you will asked to complete a new membership form. We are using a new secure data system and need to re-register families so we can ensure we hold your most recent information that you provide to us. If you wish to receive updates going forward, you must ensure you complete your email address on the new membership form.

Parenting Journey is the new universal offer for parents and carers across Cheshire East.
Delivered by children’s centre staff and Health Visitors, Parenting Journey consists of 12 stops from pregnancy until your child starts school and provides advice and support around health, your child’s development and their readiness for school.
