Congleton and Holmes Chapel Children's Centre
In light of the current situation regarding Covid-19, a decision has been made to close some of our children centres. The affected centres are: Knutsford, Poynton, Broken Cross and Sandbach including Alsager, Middlewich and Nantwich.
If you have a midwife clinic appointment at one of these centres, you will be contacted by a community midwife to inform you of your new appointment venue.
Our other children centres (Oakenclough, Ash Grove, Hurdsfield, Congleton, Oak Tree, Monks Coppenhall and The Brooks) remain open for midwifery clinics.
Please see below for our current early start offer. To book places along with dates and times visit Congleton Children's Centre Facebook page.
If further information is needed for your booking, a member of the children centre will contact you. If your booking is successful you will receive an email immediately confirming your place.
In line with the health and safety of our service users and our staff, please do not attend any of our sessions if you or any of your booking are showing symptoms of COVID-19, or if you have had contact with anyone else with signs and symptoms of Covid-19 in the past 14 days. If you have then unfortunately you will not be able to attend the activity.
For sessions held outside, please dress appropriately. Sessions will only be cancelled in extreme weather.
Please see Weekly Activities Timetable for our current early start offer. We are using EventBrite to book places onto these sessions. If you experience issues accessing EventBrite, please contact the Family Information Service on 0300 123 5033 who will be able to assist. By using EventBrite to book your place, you will be automatically registered with your local children’s centre.
