Our COVID 19 Mental Health Information Point contains a range of information and resources that you can use to overcome any anxieties you may have during this time of uncertainty.  

You can find information about:

  • self-help techniques to manage symptoms or prevent problems developing or getting worse
  • services that might be able to help and advise you

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership have produced a list of information and resources to support your own mental wellbeing, including both urgent and non-urgent help.

Staying Mentally Well This Winter – This sets out how government is supporting people of all ages, including frontline health and care workers, and across the mental health spectrum during the pandemic. The paper also includes links to mental health and wellbeing resources for people to access, and highlights the importance of wider wellbeing, such as physical activity, to staying mentally well.
