Festival of Learning, 18-23 June

On Thursday 21 June at 4.00-5.00pm we have The Great Nantwich Library Marble Run. Help us build a mega marble run in the junior library using your best engineering skills. free, and no need to book. 

Sunflower day

Join us on Saturday 23 June for a morning of sunflowers. Plant your own sunflowers and send photos to the library once they are grown and glorious! All children welcome. 50p per child. Gardening equipment provided.

  • Young Writers - 4.00-4.45pm - alternate Mondays from 30th April 2018. Discover the magic of writing stories. Suitable for ages 12-18 years. Please book a place in advance. Next dates are 11 and 25 June


  • French Conversation - 6.00-6.45pm - alternate Tuesdays. All welcome, just drop in. Free, refreshments available. Next dates are 12 and 26 June
  • German Conversation with Nigel - 6.00-6.45pm - alternate Tuesdays. Next date is 19 June
  • LEGO Club - 4.00-5.00pm - monthly. Meets on second Tuesday of each month. Free and open to all primary school age children, accompanied by an adult

Citizens Advice Bureau

The Cheshire East Citizens Advice Bureau now have an office on the first floor of the library. Drop-in sessions are available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 9.30am and 12.30pm. No appointment necessary. Advice line is 03444 111 444.

Jobcentre Plus

Jobcentre Plus staff will be on site to provide help with digital job search and online claims. Appointments only on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9.00-12.00 noon and 1.00-5.00pm. Please telephone 01270 538 155 to make an appointment.
