John Kirk storyteller
On Monday 13 August at 10.00am storyteller, John Kirk, will be performing Dennis and the Chamber of Mischief. Beanotown is becoming boring and Dennis seems to have lost his awesomeness. To save the day Dennis, Minnie and Gnasher must enter the Chamber of Mischief and find the Golden Pea shooter of Everlasting Fun before Walter. Suitable for ages 6 and over. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Free event, kindly sponsored by Congleton Town Council, but booking is essential.
LEGO stop motion animation
On Thursday 16 August at 3.30-5.00pm show off your creative side and learn how to bring LEGO characters to life in a short animated film. All equipment provided, but why not bring along your own favourite LEGO figures to star in the movie? Tickets are free, but booking is essential as places are limited. Suitable for children aged 7 and over.
Join us on Friday 24 August for Pirate Crafts at 10.30-11.30am. Suitable for landlubbers aged 3-8 years. Tickets £1 per child.
On Saturday 1 September at 10.00-11.00am, join the author and illustrator of Bright Stanley, Matt Buckingham, for a fun drawing workshop. Create a Michief Maker character to inspire your own comic story. Free, and no need to book.
