Landlord Forums

The Cheshire East Private Sector Liaison Officer organises Private Landlord Forums twice a year, these free events are open to all landlords with property in Cheshire East whether they house benefit tenants or not. The aim of these forums is to inform landlords of changes to legislation and other regulations which may impact a landlord or their tenants and  to introduce landlords to businesses in Cheshire East who offer landlord services and teams within Cheshire East Council who they can go to for help and advice.

Previous Forums

The last landlord forum was held on the 10 October 2018 at Westfields, Council HQ in Sandbach, it was a more formal event with various speakers in attendance including:

  • Cheshire East Council HMO Team,
  • Cheshire Neighbourhood Credit Union
  • Richmond Fellowship Support Providers
  • National Landlords Association Representative
  • Rowlinsons Solicitors

The forum was attended by 55 Landlords
