Traffic regulation order - Warmingham Road Crewe

Notice of making Cheshire East Borough Council - (Warmingham Road Crewe) (30mph speed limit) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Section 84 and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and all other enabling powers and in accordance with its duty with Section 122 of the said Act.

  1.  The effect of the proposed Order will be to introduce a 30mph Speed Limit on the lengths of road specified in the Schedule below;

Schedule (30MPH speed limit) Warmingham Road, Crewe Between a point 55 metres north east of its junction with Chapel Lane and a point 68 metres north of its junction with Groby Road.
