Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) and of all other enabling powers, and having consulted the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Act and in accordance with the duty imposed by Section 122 of the Act hereby makes the following Order:
