Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to 2(3) and 3(2), 122, 122A and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, (hereinafter referred to as “the 1984 Act”) and all other enabling powers and in accordance with its duty under Part III of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act.
