Regular COVID-19 testing for everyone without symptoms

About 1 in 3 people with COVID-19 do not have any symptoms and could be spreading the virus without realising.

You should do a rapid test twice a week (every 3 to 4 days) to check if you have the virus. If you test positive and self-isolate, it helps stop the virus spreading.

Report your test results

You should report your home test results every time you use a rapid lateral flow test kit, as soon as possible after you get the result. Where relevant you should also immediately inform your employer or school. You cannot report a result more than 24 hours after taking a test.

Reporting your results helps to ensure that infection rates in Cheshire East can be monitored and we can work to prevent and reduce the spread of the virus in our communities.
