Pay a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) quickly and easily using the online penalty charge payments facility. All you need is a debit or credit card and the PCN number of the ticket received. This is printed at the top of ticket received when the offence took place and begins with the letters GA:
Two levels of Penalty Charges apply - one for a “higher level” contravention and one for a "lower level" contravention. In each band, there is a discount of 50% for payment within 14 days. The required payment is detailed on the PCN issued at the time of the offence. The banded charges are as follows:

Phone 0300 123 5039 to make debit card/credit card payments, this is an automated service (24 hours a day). Make sure you quote the PCN number. Do not end the call until you have been issued with an authorisation code as this confirms that your payment has been made successfully.
When entering the PCN number replace each letter with a star *

Cheques should be made payable to "Cheshire East Borough Council". Please ensure that you quote the PCN number on the reverse of the cheque.
Cheques/postal orders to be made payable to "Cheshire East Borough Council" and sent to:

Please enclose payment slip and ensure that you quote the PCN number on the back of the cheque. Do not send cash. Post dated cheques will not be accepted and will be returned.
Please note that Cheshire East do not arrange or accept instalments on Penalty Charge Notice payments.
