Coronavirus (Covid-19) business grant for pubs
Before you start
You will find it quicker to fill in the application form if you have ready:
- your business rates account number - if you have one.
You can help us to speed up your application by providing a business rates account number. If you don't provide it we may need to come back to you for further information.
- Company or charity registration number
- VAT registration number
- Business bank account name, number and sort code
- A recent bank statement
- authority to act on behalf of the company if applicable
If you are not the ratepayer you will also be asked to provide:
- a copy of your lease or rental agreement for the premises
What happens after you've applied
At the end of the form you can download a copy of your application for your records, and you will get an email confirmation.
We anticipate making hundreds of payments over the next few weeks.
Please do not make multiple applications for the same property.
We will assess your application and if you are successful for the Christmas Support Payment we intend to make initial payments on the 17 December 2020.
It may take us longer if we need to ask you for more information.
It may take us longer if we have to respond to calls and emails asking where your application is up to.
Since 20 November 2020 we have paid out over £4 million in business support grants to over 2000 businesses in Cheshire East.
