If you don't know your service number or need to travel using a mixture of different travel modes then you can use the Transport Direct journey planner to plan a door to door journey.
If your journey only involves the train or a National Express coach service then you are better going direct to their own websites, which provide full service details along with fare and booking information:
The Transport Direct site is not fully accessible. If you have difficulty using the site you can call the Cheshire Traveline for timetable information for any bus, rail or coach service serving Cheshire and Warrington on 0871 200 22 33 (calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras) open 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm.
Cheshire Traveline can now accept calls using the Text Relay system. For more information visit the Text Relay website or call 18001 0871 200 22 33.
Passengers can also use the Cheshire East and West Public Transport Map; our Destination, Fare and Stand Finders or our interactive mapping service to plan their journey:
Passengers should be aware that during severe bad weather services can change with little or no notice and we advise passengers to call the Cheshire Traveline on 0871 200 22 33 (8am - 8pm 7 days a week) for the latest position or to contact the bus operator directly using the details on our Bus Service Operator page, which includes links to their websites, twitter feeds where availalbe and telephone numbers.
Passengers are recommended to follow Cheshire East Transport's and Cheshire East Highway's Twitter accounts to receive the latest information on Highway and Public Transport issues for East Cheshire:
If you do not have a Twitter account you can still follow the feeds by sending Follow CECTransport and in a seperate text Follow CECHighways to 86444 (Vodafone, Orange, 3 and O2 customers only, standard message charges apply).
Passengers can also follow the Twitter accounts for bakerbus, Bowers, First and Trent Barton for updates on their own services.
