May 31st 2012 - Handforth Library Car Park
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 122 of
the Local Government Act 1972, that Cheshire East Borough Council
intends, after the expiry of the period mentioned below, to
appropriate land consisting of an open space known as land at the
Library Car Park, Church Road, Handforth (‘the Land’) for parking
purposes.
A plan of the Land may be inspected during normal opening hours
(namely 08.45 to 17.00 Monday to Friday) at Reception, Westfields,
Middlewich Road, Sandbach, Cheshire CW11 1HZ and the Customer
Service Centre, Town Hall, Market Place, Macclesfield, Cheshire
SK10 1EA. Any objections to the proposed appropriation may be made
in writing marked for the attention of Mrs Khan, Legal Services,
Westfields, Middlewich Road, Sandbach, Cheshire CW11 1HZ or by
e-mail entitled “Proposed Appropriation – Handforth Library”
to kate.khan@cheshireeast.gov.uk
by no later than 28th June 2012.
October 5th 2011 - Macclesfield Area Pay by Phone
System
The Cheshire East Borough Council (Off Street Parking
Places)(Macclesfield Area)(Amendment)(Minor) Order 2011 was made on
29th September 2011 and will come into force on
21st October 2011. The effect of the Order will be to
facilitate the use of ‘Pay by Phone’ (a cashless method of payment
for charges for the use of a parking place) where signs or notices
at the parking place indicate that this facility is available.
The following documents may be inspected here:
Copies of the above documents, together with a copy of the
Macclesfield Borough Council (Off Street Parking Places)(Civil
Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2008, are also available for
inspection until 16th November 2011 during normal office hours at
Reception, Westfields, Middlewich Road, Sandbach, Cheshire CW11 1HZ
and the Customer Service Centre, Macclesfield Town Hall, Market
Place, Macclesfield SK10 1EA
