Consultation and Participation Unit (CPU)
Our Purpose
The Consultation and Participation
Team is a channel for the voices of service users, carers and
families in Adult Social Care Services. Our aim is to inform
commissioning and service planning to improve the experience of
service users and carers and to drive up the quality and efficiency
of services delivered. We exist to support our 'customers': the
people of Cheshire East. We do this by supporting the decision
making process with pertinent, accurate, unbiased information as to
the experiences, wants and needs of service users, carers and
families.
