Wondering about Placing your Baby for Adoption

If you are thinking about adoption for your baby you may wish to contact Children's Services for advice and help. The Adoption Team can give you all the information and assistance that you need when you are pregnant, or after the baby's birth. If you prefer you could ask your midwife to get in touch with the Adoption Team on your behalf.
 
A social worker from the team can help you plan your baby's adoption and will take into account your wishes and feelings about what you would like for your baby. The team can help you to find out about all aspects of the law and the adoption process; how it happens, what to expect, and what support you can receive now and in the future.
