Cheshire East Carers
Support For Carer’s Own Health
It is important that carers take care of their own health and
wellbeing so that they are better able to cope with the demands of
caring for someone else. Often carers can neglect their own
health needs and we have forged strong links with colleagues in the
health services to help to identify carers and ensure their
particular needs are met.
