Individual attention

You can expect:

• your views to be listened to and taken into account
• to be told the reasons for decisions which affect you; and
• to have any problems or complaints dealt with in a simple, honest and straightforward manner.

Clear information

We will:

• provide details of our services and how to make contact;
• provide explanations in plain language; and
• whenever possible provide a named contact.

Prompt service

We will:

• give an immediate response whenever we can;
• respond to your enquiries within five working days of receipt; and
• tell you how your enquiry will be handled, and how long it will take if the answer is not possible within five working days.
