About Social Care and Health

We provide a wide range of care services to meet the individual needs of people in Cheshire East, helping them to live as independent and fulfilled lives as possible. We do this by working with health services, voluntary groups and private care organisations.

About the Department

Note: Cheshire East is continuing to use the term 'Social Services' for its care services because this is widely understood by the general public. However, Care Services for Adults are now placed within the Council's Community Services Department and Childrens Care Services are in the Childrens Services Department.
