Feedback, Compliments and Complaints
Social Services provide a wide range
of services to thousands of individuals and families in every
community in Cheshire East. The Councillors and staff aim to
provide you with the services that meet the very best
standards.
We need to know what you think about
our services so that we can improve them. Your comments, good or
bad, will help us to know how to change things for the better.
We want to get it
right.
Comments and Compliments
If you wish to make a comment about a
service, or if you want to compliment any of our services, you can
do one of the following:
- Tell the person who provides you with the
service what you think
- Use our
feedback form
- Write to the Manager of the service with your
comments or compliments.
Anyone who is receiving or wanting a
service can make a comment or compliment, or anyone acting on their
behalf.
Making a Complaint
If you make a complaint we will take
this seriously and we will investigate your complaint thoroughly
and let you know what we have found. You will not be discriminated
against in any way because you have made a complaint.
