Care4CE
Care4CE directly provides social care services for adults,
including people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities
and long term conditions, dementia and mental health needs.
The core purpose of Care4CE is to provide enablement and
re-ablement to support you to maximise
or regain your independence, to learn new or regain skills to
support you in your own home. Care4CE also supports complex social
care needs and provides a crisis response services to help you
through difficult and high risk times.
