Comments, Compliments and Complaints

If you wish to make a comment about a service, or if you want to compliment any of our services, you can:

• Tell the person who provides you with the service what you think

• Use our online customer feedback form
• Email socialcarecomplaintsmanager@cheshireeast.gov.uk

Anyone who is receiving or wanting a service can make a comment or compliment, or anyone acting on their behalf.
