Parking at Macclesfield Library

The only approach to the library by car is via the Hibel Road end of Jordangate. Macclesfield has a number of public car parks, but the most convenient is Jordangate Multi-Storey Car Park which is at the traffic lights on the corner of Hibel Road and Jordangate. A short stay car park (up to 30 minutes) can be found behind the Town Hall on Brunswick Street.

Disabled parking

Limited disabled parking can be found at the side of the library, next to the Post Office’s sorting Office, and also just past the library, near the Town Hall.

Barclays Bank staff will be in the library every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9.30am - 12.30pm and 1.00 - 3.30pm. We're here to help you with anything from money management and financial health, to improving your home or supporting your business. Work Hub at Macclesfield Library

The Springboard Work Hub is open at Macclesfield Library on Mondays.
