A range of sensory play activities for parents with babies from birth until walking.

Meet other parents and carers in a fun, baby-focused environment.

Learn about your baby’s development, and discover ideas and activities to use at home.

 

Antenatal Classes

1.00pm to 3.00pm

Antenatal classes for first time parents, providing information around the later stages of pregnancy, labour and beyond.

Lactation clinic

9.30am to 12.30pm

A specialist clinic offering support for any breastfeeding problems.

You do not need a referral or appointment as the clinic is run as a drop in session, all are welcome.

Jolly bolly's

Bollington Community Centre, Ovenhouse Lane, Bollington Cross.

A drop-in group with a range of activities for children aged from birth up to 5 years old.

Stay and play

(Term-time only)

1.30pm to 3.00pm

For children aged from birth up to 5 yrs.

Come and explore a range of play activities, including messy play and outdoor play.

Please bring spare clothes for your child, outdoor and messy play will be available whatever the weather.

A light, healthy snack is provided for the little ones.

No need to book, just turn up.

Development checks 1.30pm to 4.00pm

Appointments available with our team of Health Visitors for your child's routine health and development checks.

Well baby clinic - Weigh and play

A drop-in clinic to have your baby weighed, a chance to discuss any concerns with our dedicated team of Health Visitors, whilst meeting other parents and carers.

Parenting Journey

Parenting Journey is the new universal offer for parents and carers across Cheshire East.

Delivered by Children's Centre staff and Health Visitors, Parenting Journey consists of 12 stops from pregnancy until your child starts school and provides advice and support around health, your child's development and their readiness for school.

Sensory room

Help stimulate your child's senses in a relaxing environment with a range of sensory toys and equipment.

For up to 3 adults and 3 babies or children at a time.

To book your 30 minute session contact the centre.

Adult Education

Various courses are offered throughout the year including:

  • Maths
  • English
  • English as a second language
  • First Aid

Baby massage

Learn how to massage your baby whilst helping to strengthen baby to parent communication, boost self esteem and confidence in parenting, relax both parent and baby, improve attachment and bonding, relieve wind, colic and constipation and reduce crying.

Speak to a member of staff if you would like to join us.

 

Weaning and Dental Health Talk
