Rhymetimes in February

Our regular Thursday Rhymetime will take place at 10.30-11.00am on 2nd, 9th and 23rd February. Please note that there will be no Rhymetime on Thursday 16th February, when we are holding a special Enid Blyton event. See below for details of this event.

Enid Blyton Event

On Thursday 16th February join us for stories, quizzes and games relating to Enid Blyton at 10.30-11.30am. Tickets cost £2.00 per child or £5 for a family of three or more. Please book in advance.

Computer Buddy Sessions

Basic computer skills sessions with an IT buddy are now available  at the library at £1.70 per hour. This entitles you to an hour's free use of the computers after your tutored session to practice what you have learned. Please contact the library for more details.

Directions

Poynton Library is situated in the centre of Poynton. It is located in the central car park off Park Lane and is adjacent to the Civic Hall and opposite the Clinic.

Public Transport

Poynton Railway Station is one mile from the Library. The bus stops are a five minute walk from the Library.

Parking

Parking is free in the large central car park.

Disabled Parking

There are 2 spaces near the front of the Library and a further 3 spaces adjacent to the Civic Hall.
