What's New?

Valentine's Day Play Session

Join us on Tuesday 14th February at 10.00-11.00am for a special play event with the Leisure & Play Development Team. Suitable for 5-8 year olds. All children must be accompanied and tickets cost £2.00 per child or £5.00 for a family ticket (to include 3 or more children). Further details and tickets available from the library.

Kung Hei Fat Choi

Celebrate the Chinese New Year with us on Thursday 16th February at 2.30pm. Learn how to write your name in Chinese and make a lucky money packet. Tickets are £2.00 per child and the event is suitable for children aged 4 and upwards. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

IT Buddy

There is an IT Buddy available every Tuesday and Thursday between 2.00 and 4.00pm, offering Internet and word processing help for beginners or those wanting a little extra help. Sessions last for one hour and up to three sessions can be booked at a time. Please contact the library to book or for further details.

Directions

Knutsford library is situated on the A50, next to the Court Building, opposite the Civic Centre.

Public Transport

Knutsford bus station is behind the library, off Bexton Road. There is a walk way through to the library. The Railway Station is approximately 3 minutes walk from the front of the library, on the corner of Toft Road and Adams Hill.

Parking

Macclesfield Borough Council have a short stay pay and display car park behind the library, also used by Booths Supermarket. Access via Stanley Road. There is a walk way through to the library.

Disabled Parking

There are two car parking spaces for disabled drivers in the corner of Booth's supermarket car park, near the rear of the library.
