Here at
the Shavington Leisure Centre, Sir William Stanier Leisure Centre
and Victoria Community Centre group we are proud to be able to
offer as much as Netball as we do for the local community.
As well as the 46 team netball league run from this leisure
centre we also run a successful Back 2 Netball scheme and help to
offer many community and club sessions.
You will find information in this section relating to the Back 2
Netball scheme and local netball clubs linked to the Shavington,
Sir William Stanier and Victoria Community Centre
group.
Netball Noticeboard
- 27/4/12 - Netball League to run a festival -
we are running a Netball Festival to be held in July 2012.
- 21/4/12 - Ladyhawks netball club - staged
its first ever tournament at Shavington on Saturday 21st
April.
- 14/4/12 - Junior Netball idea is launched -
the netball league is now looking to run its own junior sections
starting September 2012.
- 02/04/12 - Season 10 gets underway - 2nd April
sees the start of Season 10 of the netball league. Looks like being
a great season.
- 28/03/12 - the Season 9 review meeting
- with teams and umpires took place tonight. Minutes
will be available here soon.
- 05/08/11 - Netball League AGM takes place -
the AGM of the Netball League run from SWS Leisure
Centre took place on Friday 5th August 2011. Minutes are available
to view in the Netball League section
