Shotokan Karate
The classes
are open to anybody from beginners to previous students. The club
practise the original Traditional Karate as taught in Japan,
with discipline. Unlike Sport karate, Contact Karate or Kick
Boxing, you can practice Traditional Karate at any age. This
session demonstartes the Original Karate brought to Japan by Gichin
Funakshi and developed by his student Masatoshi Nakayama.

Ju Jitsu
Japanese Martial Art Discipline Open to All
The club has been operating for over
20 years teaching the traditional art of Ju Jitsu. We welcome new
members both juniors (minimum age 8) and seniors. All Instructors
qualified in Myo Shin Ryu Ju Jitsu. The club are members of the
UK Jujitsu Assosciation.

Davidson welcomes everyone on his mat from beginners through to the
higher grades.

Here on the photo you can see a group from the
club who have recently competed at a local competition. They
competed with other local clubs in the area and had a great result,
achieving bronze, silver and gold awards.

GKR Karate
GKR teaches
Go-Kan- Ryu karate, which is a traditional Japanese style of karate
with strong emphasis on strong kata patterns and sparing. Since the
clubs formation it has become one of the most popular organizations
in the world with over 40,000 students taking part in classes
