Indoor Activities at Shavington Leisure Centre
Fitness Classes at Shavington
Shavington Leisure Centre offers a range of fitness classes that
are design to provide a balanced and full body workout.
The classes on offer are suitable for ages 14
years and above all abilities. All classes are pay
as you go, but we require booking only for the Boxfit, Kettlercise
and Spin Cycling classes. To book, please see the Shavington

Many of our fitness classes are free to
Everybody members. Ask a member of the
team for more details on your next visit.
All junior customers are entiltled to an Everybody Options Card which offers a 40%
reduction on all classes and swimming except Spin Cycling
and Boxfit, the cards can be purchased for £5 from any Cheshire
East leisure facility by completing an application form and showing
evidence of date of birth.
** Please note that the entry fee for ALL classes increased from £4.00 to
£4.50 on 1/1/12**

Kettlercise
A Kettlercise class is designed to provide a variety of
kettlebell movements in an exercise class setting and helps
individuals obtain a leaner body. This type of exercise can be
intense and often encourages the body to search out fat deposits
and use those up. For people aged 14 upwards.

Football is firmly established at Shavington, there have been
very successful 5 & 7 a side football leagues for many years
now. There is fierce competition for the trophies and top
place.
