Booking & Cancellation Policies

The leisure centre operates a six day booking policy for most activities. You may only book courts, pitches, or spin bikes up to six days in advance. Spin and Boxfit bookings are taken after 12.30pm, Sports Hall bookings after 1pm and Astro turf bookings after 1.30pm .

We also operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. All cancellations must be communicated to us with 48 hours notice otherwise the full price of the booking will be charged (unless the booking is made within 48 hours of time of play). In the case of Spin Cycling, the notice is 24 hours.

All Bookings are for 55 minutes unless otherwise stated.

All club bookings and functions require a minimum of one week’s notice of cancellation.

Everybody Membership

Many of our fitness classes are free to Everybody members. Ask a member of the team for more details on your next visit.

All junior customers are entiltled to an Everybody Options Card which offers a 40% reduction on all classes and swimming except spin cycling and boxfit, the cards can be purchased for £5 from any Cheshire East leisure facility by completing an application form and showing evidence of date of birth.
