• We have a range of Half Term Activiites from 12th - 19th February 2012, this will include our Lifesaving Event, details below. 
• Sunday 12th February, the Family Swim 2.30- 4.00pm and Adult swim 4.00- 5.00pm are cancelled.
• Tuesday 14th February, the pool will be closed all day for work on the changing rooms.
• A new Lifesaving Club is starting at the Leisure Centre.  Promotions have been organised for Sunday 12th and Thursday 16th February, 1.30pm - 4.30pm.  This FREE session is open to anyone, but they must be able to swim 25 metres.  There will be lifesaving demonstrations and a chance to have a go yourself, at skills such as CPR, dry and wading rescue, towing swims and fin work. • Cheshire East is offering an Apprentice scheme in Leisure, which may be of interest to anyone wishing to work in the Leisure Industry.
• New Off Peak Times mean that the cheaper off-peak rates are now available for longer.  Weekdays off-peak is extended to 10.00 - 11.00pm.  We are also offering 5-a-side at 10.00-11.00pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at £27.00.
• In reponse to our survey of customers using fitness classes, we are starting two classes on Sunday evenings starting 15.1.12  - Cardio Blast 4.00pm - 5.00pm and Circuit Training 5.00 - 6.00pm.  Cardio Blast is a class that combines cardio, weights and toning for an all over body workout.  It targets fat loss and heart and lung fitness. 
• A pool cover has been fitted to improve the air temperature in the pool area, and to save on heating costs.
• The pool party timetable has been improved to, where at all possible, make it easier to view pool parties for parents who are not swimming.
