Frequently Asked Questions
What should I wear?
Sports clothing that you feel comfortable in and appropriate
training shoes are a must. Remember you will get warm as the class
progresses so layers are always good.
What do I need?
It’s always a good idea to bring a water bottle. Keep hydrated
during any type of physical activity.
I have never done group fitness classes before!
Classes are designed to cater for a wide range of needs and
abilities. Anyone 16 years and over should be able to attend any
group fitness training. If you have queries about the class speak
to the instructor before the class starts.
What do I do when I arrive for a class?
All customers must give the instructor a receipt for their class
before the start. Reception can be busy so please ensure you leave
enough time, please arrive early so you don't miss the warm up. If
you have an existing medical condition, please inform the
instructor.
