Our aqua aerobics
sessions are an ideal workout as the water supports the
body and removes the strain of impact.

Nantwich Seals Swimming Club
Nantwich Seals Swimming Club is
affiliated to the A.S.A. (Amateur Swimming Association) and offers
tuition to all levels of swimmer. It specialises in competitive
swimming and competes in local and regional leagues.
- The club meets at the pool on Tuesday 8.30pm to 9.30pm;
Wednesday 6.30pm to 9.30pm Friday 8:30pm to 9:30pm and Sunday
8.30am to 9.45am. For more information please visit the

Nantwich Neptune Club
Nantwich Neptune Club is a specialist
lifesaving club catering for all age groups and affiliated to the
R.L.S.S. (Royal Life Saving Society). The Neptune Club covers all
aspects of Lifesaving and personal survival methods. It competes
locally and nationally in lifesaving competitions.
Family Swim
During family swimming sessions we increase
the number of lifeguards on poolside to allow parents to bring
additional children to the session. In these sessions, one parent
may supervise up to 3 children under the age of 8 (max 2 under
5s).
Lane Swimming
During most public lane swimming sessions,
people who want to swim lengths of the pool uninterrupted can ask a
lifeguard to provide swimming lanes. This facility is not available
during Family Swim sessions.
Serious Swimming Hour
The Serious
Swimming Hour is a swimming session, designed to help you build up
your strength and endurance in the pool. Supervised by an ASA
Coach, the session also includes a Stroke Clinic so that you can
improve or correct your technique.
- 8:45pm - 9:45pm every Thursday
This session is open to:
- Anyone serious about keeping fit and swimming.
- Tri-athletes & serious athletes wanting to improve their
technique.
- Gym users wanting to vary their fitness routine to incorporate
more energetic swimming.
- Recreational swimmers who want to step up a gear, push
themselves further or improve their stroke.
Swimming Lessons
We offer professional swimming tuition for all age groups. The
starting point for many is the parent and toddler sessions although
some mums do start even earlier by joining the Aqua-natal classes.
Under 5's swimming lessons offer the pre-school child an
opportunity to become proficient in the water whilst accompanied by
the parent.
Progression into the Learn to Swim Scheme gives youngsters the
further opportunity to go from beginner through to Stage 10 of the
ASA National Plan.
Adults can join our adult swimming lesson programme where our
expert swimming teachers will be sympathetic to your needs.
