Badminton

There are up to 6 badminton courts available at the following times:

•  Weekend courts are priced at off peak rates. 

Fitness Suite

Everybody fitness suites provide a range of services that are designed to give the most to improve your health and fitness.  Everybody has a complete range of equipment including the latest cardio vascular (CV) machines and weight resistance equipment.

This modern and comfortable facility is managed by fully qualified and experienced staff who can offer professional and friendly advice.

Football - Indoor

Football - Junior Coaching

Mondays (indoor) 5.30 - 6.30pm ages 4^1/₂ - 9 years. This sessions runs every Monday - come along and learn new skill and play friendly games.

5-a-side Footall - Want to play?

We are a group that hires the Middlewich Sports hall and play 1 hour of 5-a-side football on Sunday evening 6 – 7pm. We are no spring chickens but our minds are still willing even if the old legs are letting us down a bit. If you fancy a kick about we would be delighted to hear from you. • Mondays 6.30 - 7.30pm - come along and join our new instructor Elaine for a good work out.

Netball

• Monday 's 7.30 - 8.30pm Ladies Netball - Kinderton Stars  

Kinderton Stars Netball - welcome all ages, its a good way to keep fit and currently have teams competing in the South Cheshire Premier Netball League.

Table Tennis

Table Tennis Tables for hire evenings and weekends. Off Peak apply to Weekends and School Holidays before 5pm.

Tae Kwon Do

• Wednesdays 5.30 - 6.30 pm - Tigers (Primary School Age) 
  6.30 - 7.30 pm - Juniors & Adults

Instructor Mr Mark Spruce - a fully qualifed Black Belt with over 15 years of training with the T.A.G.B. who has fought at National and International level. All instructors are First Aid  trained, have full insurance and are C.R.B. (Criminal Records Bureau) checked.

This club boasts 5 National Champions and 1 World Champion.    

Fitness, Confidence, Flexibility, Self Defence and Self Improvement.
