7.30pm
John Noakes, our resident 'Mr. Motivator' takes a group of
mixed aged and ability runners each week and brings them back
safely, so why not join them? This class is not just for those
wishing to enter competative races, it can be for simple enjoyment
or in the pursuit of physical health and fitness and, since running
is said to improve not just weight loss, physical appearance and
shape but also improve our mental health including memory, there's
not many reasons not to try.
**
Please note that regular runners are asked to bring along their own
reflective clothing even at times of daylight or during the summer
months. This can be provided for beginners from reception to borrow
before the start of the class. A drink of water is advisable and a
full- confidential -medical questionnaire must be completed before
runners take part to ensure their safety at all times. **
John is helpful, approachable and enthusiastic. We hope to see
you there. John's club is also fully affiliated by the
National Governing Body Run In England.
