Swimming Sessions

Crewe Pool's varied swimming sessions really do have something for everyone. The Crewe Swimming Pool timetable page gives full details of all of our sessions, but as a taster some of the sessions on offer include:

• Parents and child sessions - Tuesdays 9.30 - 10.30 (term time only)
• Aquafit sessions
• Lane swimming sessions

Swimfit

Swimfit is a session run during normal public swimming. Swimfit programmes are left on a noticeboard, changing on a weekly basis so that customers have a variety to take part in over an 8 week period. Some sessions will have a swimming teacher on poolside offering guidance to those who would like some extra tips.

Aquafit

Aquafit is an fantastic, impact-free fitness session supported by water.

Sessions take place at the following times and all sessions last for 45 minutes:

Everybody Members get Aquafit free as part of their membership package. (Off-peak restrictions apply on memberships taken out prior to 1^st April 2010).

Lifesaving

Our lifesaving club, Crewe Neptunes has over 50 years of lifesaving techniques and water safety training. Membership is open to anyone interested in learning lifesaving and life support awards, ranging from The Rookie Awards and Bronze Medallion Award through to Outdoor Challenge awards.
