Beer Festivals
The Leisure Centre Bar holds mini beer festivals each year in
March and October. The beer festivals have 20 real ales, plus cider
and perry on over four nights while stock last. The beers are
chosen from local suppliers and all across the UK and
Ireland.
March Beer Festival
The original Congleton beer festival was first held at
Congleton Town hall in 1992, and has continued since 2002 at the
Congleton Leisure Centre Bar. The 9th annual beer
festival will be held on the 29th Feb-3rd
March 2012
Wednesday - Friday 7pm -11pm and Saturday 5pm -11pm.
There will be 20 real ales and two ciders for tasting over the
four days, which will be a variety of strengths, flavours and
colours. Food will be available on all four nights. The cost will
be £2.00 which includes a festival glass and programme.
