RLSS National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches (NRASTC)

This award is recognised by the ASA, IOS and ISRM. It provides lifesaving skills appropriate to the programmed activities of swimming teachers and coaches.

Course Pre-Requisites

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Be able to swim 1 length on both front and back comfortably.
• To be able to retrive an object from the pool floor.
• Cost of £85 (£50 for renewal candidates) includes course book and assessment
• Renewal candidates must have previously completed the full course
