Swimming

Swimming is a great sporting activity which provides all round physical exercise, improving health, stamina, strength and mobility as well with weight loss.  Injury is far less compared with other sports due to the support of the water.  Swimming can be therapeutic and people of all ages and abilities are able to take part.

Swimming for children is beneficial as it helps with co-ordination as well as enjoying an activity with friends and family, building social skills.
