Everybody Options Terms & Conditions

• Activities included in the Options scheme are only offered to the named holder of the Options Card.
• The Options Card is not transferable. 
• Cheshire East Council must be informed of any change in relevant circumstance and status.
• The Options discount is only available on full adult rates and charges as detailed in the current leisure facilities price guide. It is not accepted for team games.
• The Options Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions and offers made by Cheshire East Council.
• The card is valid for one year from the date of issue.  Should the circumstances upon which you obtained the card change, you must return the card to: Everybody Options Scheme, Health & Wellbeing Service, Cheshire East Council, Westfields, Middlewich Road, Sandbach, CW11 1HZ
• The Options Card is only valid in Cheshire East Council leisure facilities.
• Cheshire East Council reserves the right to withdraw or amend any of the above conditions, discounted activities offered or to suspend the Options card scheme, or any part of the scheme, at any time, without notice.
• Please keep your Options card in a safe place, as a £5.00 administration fee will be levied to issue a replacement.
• You will need to bring your Options Card with you on each visit to our leisure facilities to gain your relevant discount.
• Any personal information you provide will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
• For security purposes, your photograph will be taken when your card is issued. This photograph is used for identifying the cardholder prior to granting access to the facilities.
