Offer Terms & Conditions
- The first three months of membership will each be charged at
£10 after which the payment will revert to the normal membership
price.
- Offer is valid on Everybody Annual Memberships (Direct Debit
and Cash) only.
- Promotion runs between 1st April 2012 and 31st May 2012 during
normal facility opening hours.
- A pro-rata fee may be payable depending on when the membership
is set up during the month to allow for the Direct Debit to be
arranged with the bank. The pro-rata fee will be adjusted so that
it does not exceed £10 per month during the offer period.
- Normal Everybody membership terms and conditions will apply and
a minimum of twelve collections will be made including the three
reduced-price months.
- Should the membership contract be terminated prior to the end
of the 12 month agreement, payment will be requested for the
difference in value between the normal monthly membership price and
the annual membership price, including the reduced
price months claimed.
- Example: Single Cancellation after 3 months - 3 months
paid at £10, normal price = £35.50, price difference = £25.50 per
month, 3x£25.50 = £76.50.
- Example: Single Cancellation after 6 months -3 months paid at
£10, normal price = £35.50, price difference during offer =
£25.50 per month, 3x£25.50 = £76.50 plus 3 months at normal
difference of £7.50 per month = £99
